Getting There:
Fly into Kathmandu. The first night you will stay in a five-star deluxe hotel in the city of Kathmandu before beginning your trip to heli ski Nepal’s himalayas.
Season:
The Nepal heliskiing & heliboarding season runs from February to mid April.
Details:
- 1-week and 2-week heliskiing adventures. 5 days of skiing for the 1-week trip and 10 days of skiing for the 2-week trip.
- Days start around 7AM with an average of 3 – 4 runs in the morning, followed by 1 or 2 runs in the afternoon. Heli skiing is wrapped up around 4pm each day.
- Other activities include trekking, ice climbing, visiting nearby villages, monasteries, or going for a horseback ride.
- Trips are offered for both skiers and snowboarders who are able to handle all off piste conditions comfortably.
- A safari option can be added to your trip if you have the urge to view tigers, crocodiles, elephants, hippos and more at Chitwan National Park.
