Skiing and snowboarding has once again been mushed together in a massive convention centre, this time in Denver, to showcase next year's wares. Practically every company small or large is present at the show and we've had a great time checking out next year's gear and socializing with other snow people.

Don’t let the proximity to in-bounds skiing fool you – as evidenced by the video below, you might have an absolutely incredible experience.

Groups are limited to 12 guests per day, who may expect to an average of 900-vertical foot descents and 10-12 runs per day though steeps, trees, cliffs, and bowls. Snowfall averages about 30 feet per year.

For the 2009/2010 season, if you can fill the cat with eleven pow-jonesin’ buddies, you’ll spend just over $200 each during the regular season. Even if you go solo, you’ll still only pay $250 a day – relatively inexpensive for cat skiing. During the early and late seasons, prices are even more affordable.
