Heli-boarding trip – Part 2

Part 2 of our 15 min heli-boarding vid. This picks up with a bit more fun in the snow before the last few minutes which has highlights of the stunning flight back to Queenstown. We had an extra bonus as well when a military jet buzzed us just a few feet off the deck! Our boarding ability was pretty average but you don't have to be a gun boarder to go Heli-boarding - it was an amazing experience that everyone should try at least once in their life! Apologies for the quality.. Video was taken on my crap camera & a slightly better one. A few short clips all stuck together with some background tunes for the ride. Music credits to Massive Attack & Moby fun credits to the crew from Harris Mountain Heliski NZ!

*Warning no riding, just super sweet heli shots* This had to be one the sweetest days ever ... Mount Dick is a 705 metre (2313 ft) peak on Adams Island, the second-largest of New Zealand's Auckland Island chain. It is the highest point in the Auckland Islands. Mount Dick is part of the rim of an extinct volcano, the crater of which now forms Carnley Harbour, which separates Adams Island from the larger Auckland Island. **Warning - there's not any riding in this part of the vid!**
